Spacious rooms, large balcony, comfortable bed, helpful staff.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Wonderful Staff, generous breakfasts, large rooms with sea view and large bathroom with a big bath and separate shower, clean and well kept, just had a great time and stayed 2 extra nights. The pool is good too. Close to all the agencies offering activities in the region. Great trekking with quad-bikes, canoes in mangrove swamps, jetski south to the islands to feed monkeys and visit the national park with it's amazing cavers atop a mountian. All treks organised by the amazing and convivial Mr Moo - office 100metres north of the hotel on the beach.

Located just a short walk down the street from the dazzling beach, this hotel has many things going for it. the breakfast buffet is appetising and the staff members are very gracious and welcoming. A few of the rooms are nicely renovated and have great views of the pool and ocean.

The housekeeping could use some improvement. Some guests have reported that the bathrooms have not been cleaned properly and there is visible mold and mildew on occasion.

Large clean room with huge bed and daily room service. Excellent view.

Many facilities were not in operation- where was a working spa? Pool needs scrubbing, Internet extremely poor, difficult to use, expensive, didn't get the time we paid for, never experinenced anything so slow. Added an extra night but weren,t given a good rate. Had to pay more! Repainting needed.

We had a great time staying at this place. The location was fantastic, right across from the beach, and it was so quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help us, even though their English was limited. The hotel had great amenities, including a restaurant and bar, and the swimming pool was a perfect way to relax. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus!

All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel. It may not be a 5-star resort, but it provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great sea views, convenient location

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The sea views were incredible, especially from the terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Plus, the hotel's location was very handy for exploring the surrounding area. We appreciated being able to easily access local restaurants and attractions nearby. we loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel room.

The breakfast selection was not very good and the lack of variety left us disappointed. We expected more options to choose from, especially considering the price we paid for our room.

Poor maintenance and amenities. Saltwater swimming pool not pleasant for swimming, no hot water, and low water pressure in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay with outstanding service from the staff, who were genuine and accommodating. The hotel's location is superb, situated right opposite the beach and only a few minutes down the street from the city centre of this beautiful city. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, with everything sparkling. The hotel facilities were worth mentioning, especially the nice pool and green yard, providing a serene and relaxing environment for guests.
